Dear Nana and Grandad,
How are you both? I bet you're very happy together again after all these years. I can say that nana has been keeping well all those years, and no doubt missed you as much as you missed her.
In 2012 we visited 8 Beacon Parc and it brought back so many good memories. But nana has a new memory which she can tell you all about.
You're both great grandparents now to Hayden Bailey. Son to Anne and I. Hayden would run around and go up and down the stairs just like I use to, he played football in the back yard and gave big nana a kiss and a hug goodnight.
I have the best memories of that house which Hayden will remember in years to come also.
Nana will tell you how I did you both proud by serving 8 years in the Royal Australian Air Force and now currently serving in Victoria Police. I've got big shoes to fill grandad but the biggest shoes are yours nana and your Yorkshire puddings - I know you're secretly impressed with mine.
On Anzac Day you can both look down on Hayden and I. We will be wearing your medals and snake ring with great honour and pride as we salute you both.
